Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson, the daughter of a musician from Mexico, was born to the music-loving parents of her family. Her early years were shaped by classical music, boleros and the traditional romantic, ranchero and romance ballads. Ana is a lover of the opera and tango genres as well as all forms of dramatic performance. She began singing and learning music with her mother, she began her more intensive singing training at the age of 16 under the renown Mexican Tenor Flavio Becerra. In the School of Music of Guadalajara University and the School of Sacred Music of Toluca in Mexico furthered her education in music. In Guadalajara along with Mexico City, she was an active member of numerous opera choruses and chamber ensembles. After relocating to America in the year 2000, she joined the United States in 2000, she sang with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before shifting to her residence in southern California. She is currently a member of Ensemble XXI of Redlands and often performs as a soloist in traditional Latin American music at private occasions. In addition to being an active performer as well as an instructor and instructor, her passion for music and art keeps her involved in a range of projects. Ana is also a former member of the Community Chorus of Redlands. The Inland Master Chorale. and the Performance Loft. Ana thanks Inland Master Chorale members for the permission to sing the traditional Latin American song.
