Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13th, 1981) is an American actor. Beginning his career in television Evans was a part of roles like Opposite and sex during 2000. He gained recognition for his role as the Human Torch, the Marvel Comics character in Fantastic Four (2007) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2008). Evans has also been featured in films of comics as well as graphic novels TMNT (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009), Snowpiercer (2003). Evans' portrayal as Steve Rogers/Captain America in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014 and 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) in addition to Endgame 2019, brought him more recognition. As a result of his Marvel work, he became one of the highest-paid actors on the planet.
